Inside the Flight

Three expressions, one journey

01

“The Opening”

Age
12 Year Old
Region
Speyside
Strength
46% ABV
Cask
Ex-Bourbon
Volume
200ml
Tasting Notes

A gentle introduction — honeyed orchard fruits and vanilla cream give way to toasted oak and a whisper of white pepper. This is Speyside at its most welcoming: elegant, rounded, and effortlessly approachable. The finish lingers with poached pear and a dusting of cinnamon.

02

“The Development”

Age
18 Year Old
Region
Highland
Strength
54.2% ABV
Cask
Sherry Hogshead
Volume
200ml
Tasting Notes

The heart of the flight deepens with sherry-matured richness — dark fruits, bitter chocolate, and warm baking spices envelop the palate. At cask strength, a few drops of water unlock layers of fig compote, tobacco leaf, and a long, spiced oak finish. This is contemplation whisky.

03

“The Lasting”

Age
NAS
Region
Islay
Strength
59.7% ABV
Cask
Pedro Ximénez
Volume
200ml
Tasting Notes

The finale arrives with Islay intensity tempered by PX sweetness — maritime peat smoke wraps around sticky dates and sea salt caramel. The cask strength delivery is bold and unapologetic, yet the PX finish provides a luscious counterpoint. A lasting memory of fire, sweetness, and Atlantic air.

A passage through Scotland, one dram at a time

The Highland Passage was conceived as a narrative in three acts. We selected each cask not in isolation, but as part of a deliberate sequence — beginning with the gentle orchards of Speyside, ascending through the sherry-darkened Highlands, and arriving at the rugged, peat-fired coast of Islay.

This is not a sampler. It is a curated journey, meant to be tasted in order, preferably with company and conversation. Each 200ml bottle holds enough for two generous pours, or three considered ones — enough to savour, discuss, and return to.

Every bottle is drawn from a single cask, bottled at natural strength without chill filtration or added colour. What you taste is the unvarnished truth of wood and spirit, exactly as it matured in the Scottish darkness.
